Midwest Enclosure Consulting, LLC was founded by Melissa I. Payne, in September 2022. MW Enclosures is a consulting firm focused on offering owners, developers, design teams, construction teams, and manufacturers with building enclosure consulting services, building science expertise, building envelope commissioning, forensic investigations, as well as whole building enclosure design solutions, building performance testing, construction onsite observations, and building assessments and restoration solutions.
Our focus is to help our clients mitigate risk and to provide building envelope solutions no matter the structure's phase - design, construction or operation.
